Born and raised in Wakefield, Rhode Island, Cailin first caught the restaurant bug when she was 4 years old and her parents opened a French-style bistro named Caylily’s in Wakefield. She spent most of her time after preschool sitting in the kitchen admiring her dad as he prepped for the night ahead. During service she would follow her mom around like a shadow while she ran the dining room with ease. As Cailin grew up she gravitated towards the Front of House first starting out at the Bistro by the Sea in Matunuck and moving on to work at Matunuck Oyster Bar as a Server and Floor Manager. She then moved to work at Giusto where the inclusive family atmosphere ignited the desire to help open Mother with that team.

Cailin has a Business degree and uses that, and her lifelong restaurant experience to help grow the culture at Mother, and elevate our guest’s experience.
